We have recently completed a series of experiments examining stress in speech. Using biomechanical devices as baseline measures for stress, we have stimulated stress in a laboratory environment in order to examine stress in speech. A paper on this work has been submitted to an upcoming IEEE conference. More on this later...
Work is moving forward on the singing analysis front also! Upcoming work will continue with the stress angle from a singing perspective.
